Launchbay retains service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with Launchbay and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for Launchbay’s own operations, for historical and archiving purposes associated with Launchbay’s services, and to meet its legal and regulatory obligations to retain information.

Children’s data

Launchbay follows industry-standard best practices to protect your personal information. On the Launchbay Platform, all data is encrypted both in-transit and at-rest. Access to sensitive systems, physical or digital, is secured and limited to qualified persons only.
